Detroit Free Press Profiles Kotchen & Low LLP Client Martin McNulty

The Detroit Free Press published an article today about Martin McNulty, a former executive in the packaged ice industry and client of Kotchen & Low LLP. The article, Ex-ice Executive Sues after Firing, describes Mr. McNulty’s role in exposing a price-fixing conspiracy in the packaged ice industry, and describes the lawsuit that Kotchen & Low LLP filed on his behalf. The article quotes Daniel Low as stating that, "[i]n living up to his principles, Marty made sacrifices," including being "fired and forced out of the industry." The lawsuit seeks to recover damages Mr. McNulty suffered as a result of the conspiracy.
