June 6, 2008 --Daniel Kotchen Cited in Article as Authority on FTC-Related Issues.

In a recent article in Corporate Counsel magazine, which has also been posted on Law.com, Daniel Kotchen was cited as an authority on issues related to a former Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) Chairperson moving to an in-house position at a major consumer packaged goods company.  Mr. Kotchen previously served as an antitrust prosecutor at the FTC and worked as an in-house counsel at a major consumer packaged goods company.
