Kotchen & Low Welcomes Robert Klinck to the Firm Washington, D.C., June 7, 2010 - Robert Klinck has joined Kotchen & Low LLP as Partner. Mr. Klinck graduated from Harvard Law School, after which he served as a federal appellate law clerk for Judge Richard Arnold on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Klinck then worked in private practice, where he focused on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Kotchen & Low, Mr. Klinck served as an Assistant United States Attorney, where he conducted numerous jury trials and appeals. At Kotchen & Low LLP, Mr. Klinck will focus his practice on commercial litigation, including antitrust and patent litigation.
